As-salaamu alaykum. Five voices, each answering the same call: greeting, prayer times, jumu’ah, and a goodbye. Listen on speaker, and pick the one that sounds like your front desk.
English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and Arabic. A caller who opens in their own language is answered in it. And as requested, even the English carries the accent of the community.
Prayer times and programs sync automatically from The Masjid App, every day. No one has to update anything.
No hold music, no voicemail. Every call is picked up right away, day or night.
Registration links and location links, sent to the caller by SMS while they are still on the line.
Same conversation, same knowledge. Only the voice changes.
Easy and approachable, the voice of someone who greets every caller like a neighbour.
Relaxed and youthful, with a blend many in the community will recognize as their own.
Articulate and composed. Every word lands, and prayer names are spoken as they should be.
Warm and welcoming, the register of a gracious host at the front desk.
Soft-spoken and unhurried. Gentle with elders, steady on difficult calls.
A less expensive model we also tested, included for honesty.
Why we don’t recommend it: it can’t hold the accent, and it misses the culture. You’ll hear Islamic phrases used in ways no one at a masjid would use them. It costs us less to run, but it doesn’t represent your community the way it deserves.
